Payment options:
We accept Master Card, Visa Card, Bank Card, and Direct Deposit, Pay pal, Bank Cheque’s, Money Orders. Credit Card payments carry a service fee of 1.28% processing fee payable on total invoice. Credit is only being available once you have contacted Chefnet Uniforms and available only to shops and companies approved by Chefnet Uniforms. No credit is offered on internet based sales.

Orders and pricing:
We try to Keep our web site error free and take great care to ensure that the prices we display are correct and all information is up to date, but occasionally a mistake or technical fault may occur. In the event of an error in pricing or description of goods Chefnet Uniforms reserves the right to correct prices and descriptions before items are shipped. Chefnet Uniforms carries a large amount of stock advertised ,however occasionally stock may run out or be on back order from our supplier’s. In the event of stock shortages Chefnet Uniforms will inform you as soon as practical and if instructed will place order on back order. All prices listed are current and are subject to change without notice. Prices are all goods and services inclusive unless stated otherwise.

Shipping:
Chefnet Uniforms use TNT as our preferred couriers for transportation of goods. Chefnet Uniforms Ships (2) times weekly on Tuesday and Friday, in the event of one or more of the days fall on a public holiday we will ship out on the next working day following. Chefnet Uniforms charges a per order Handling Fee of $5.50. Special consideration is given for larger orders but is at the sole discretion of Chefnet Uniforms to waiver this handling fee.

Shipping charges can be calculated by calling us at Chefnet Uniforms. Should you prefer to use your own transport company, you may do so but will have to be paid for and arranged by you. Chefnet Uniforms can not be held liable for lost or damaged items that have occurred during transit. Chefnet Uniforms offers optional TW (transit warranty) insurance for items in transit and is payable by the purchaser on invoice. Tax Invoices are issued for all orders. Chefnet uniforms reserves the right to refuse credit or cancel orders without notice if it sees fit to do so. All postage is the sole reasonability of the purchaser.

Returns and Exchanges:
Exchanges are limited to stock items which have not been altered, damaged ,worn, soiled or laundered. Claims for refunds or returns will only be processed within (7 )days of invoice date, provided the invoice has not lapsed our credit terms and invoice has been paid in full and items have been sent back to Chefnet Uniforms. Claims made after (7) seven days are at the sole discretion of Chefnet Uniforms. All returns must first have a RA number issued by Chefnet uniforms (available by calling or emailing us) together with copy of the invoice issued .All returns are to be sent to our Sydney office at the expense of the buyer, non refundable. 20% re stocking fee applies to all returns or exchanges. In the event that the product is faulty or a manufacture error, replacement shipping and handling charges will not apply.

Privacy:
Chefnet Uniforms respects your privacy. We take all care of information submitted by you on our site. Chefnet uniforms collect customer information such as name, number, address for invoicing only and are not held by a third party or on our server. Considering we all demand our personal information remain personal and private and secure and customers are purchasing products from us with credit cards, security has become our companies focus. Chefnet uniforms utilises cookies to offer you a more practical and personal shopping service. Most web Browsers accept cookies by default, but should you decide otherwise you can disable this feature on your browser.
